3.9 Volt Half Watt general purpose zener diode. 20mA IZT with reverse leakage current characterized at 125°C
Direct replacement for Zetex/Diodes Inc, Fairchild, Motorola, Sprague & Microsemi 1N748, 1N748A or CD748, CD748A. The die backside is metalized with gold for high reliability die attach using either conductive epoxy or eutectic.
