High Precision (1%):
60V 0.5W Zener bare die with 1% zener breakdown tolerance for very high precision and lower drift at high temperature. Introduces ease of availability for the 1% or "D" grade binning in bare die form.
Improved replacement for Microsemi (MSC) or CDI 1N5264 also Fairchild, Motorola & Sprague 1N5264. Grades H & K are alternatives to JANHC1N5264, JANKC1N5264. MIL-PRF-19500 equivalent flow can also be requested.
