Half Watt general purpose zener diode with zener voltage regulation and noise specified
This high reliability 2.4 Volt zener bare die offers sharp reverse characteristics and low reverse leakage currents. Specified for zener voltage regulation and noise, the part is a direct replacement for CDI, Microsemi or Microchip CD6309.
