General purpose low capacitance small-signal diode in bare die form suits small-size and high integration applications which require high conductance at power dissipation whilst maintaining fast recovery capability.
Replaces Fairchild (FSC/FCH), Sprague / Allegro or National (NSC) 1N4150 and Microsemi (MSC) CDI CD4150. Metalized with Aluminium top side for wirebonding and Gold back side for hi-rel eutectic attach.
