1600V to 1800V FRED:
1800V 100A SONIC-FRD™ Fast Soft Recovery Diode. This bare die is designed for high frequency applications where rugged switching performance is required and offers high stability of forward voltage drop over temperature.

High temperature independency of V_F suits parallel operation. Dynamic loss at 125°C is 50% less than standard platinum doped FREDs. Waveforms are exceptionally smooth with no ringing, producing lower EMI for industrial applications.
