3.3V Line Protection:
The SiSTVSE33B ESD protects one single bidirectional line with fast response time and lower operating voltage.
Availability in bare die form delivers the smallest possible wirebond form factor. With only a single wirebond required this chip offers a highly space efficient single line protection versus larger TVS arrays with sub-optimal bondouts.
